We are thrilled to announce the great success of our Sumrok students; Neander L & Delia K, Tudor F, Casey F, Kat W & Antonio L, Peter F, Jana & Tim U, Kesava T, Lynne B, and Rick R, who recently closed on the purchase of Luna Vista Apartments in Fort Worth, TX.

Luna Vista Apartments is situated at the intersection of Interstate 30 and Loop 820, just ten minutes from downtown Fort Worth and Arlington, with convenient access to area employers and the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Built in 1979, the property consists of 236 units and was acquired for $26,150,000 with an impressive capital raise of $14,750,000.

Notably, the high-performing asset was purchased from another group of Sumrok students, keeping the deal in the Sumrok ecosystem.

The attractive cost basis of $110k/unit, fixed-rate agency debt, and recent infusion of over $5,100,000 of capital improvements primarily on the exterior are what drew them to this asset. The team is deploying approximately $3,300,000 in capex funds, concentrating on unit interiors and resident amenities to take this asset to the next level.
