J. MARK RUTLEDGE, CPM
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mark Rutledge is the President and Chief Executive Officer of WRH Realty Services, Inc, and is responsible for initiating and directing WRH and its associates. As President of WRH, he is responsible for the overall direction and performance of the company including directing new business initiatives. He also serves as President of WRH Income Properties, Inc., WRH Properties, Inc., WRH Mortgage Inc., and serves on the Board of directors for each entity.

Mark has been with the firm since 1991 during its formation and previously served as Vice President of each entity wherein he was responsible for loan and property acquisitions, as well as asset management and numerous property repositions. He also was a member of the acquisition team on several bank acquisitions including the acquisition of Republic Bank.

Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing as well as a Master's degree with a concentration in Finance, both from Florida State University. He has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and previously held a NASD Series 7 license and Florida Mortgage Broker license. Mark also has served as a board member on the St. Anthony's Hospital Foundation and as a board member and Chairman of the Business Development Committee for the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg.


MICHAEL BECKER
Principal

​Michael Becker is a Principal at SPI Advisory LLC and heads SPI's Dallas, Texas office where he oversees all aspects of property operations, including asset management oversight, accounting and taxation, capital improvement, renovation projects, and investor relations. Michael is a lifelong resident of North Taxes and a graduate of The University of North Texas with a BBA in Finance. He is married and has two young children.

Michael is a 15-year veteran Commerical Real Estate Banker and managed numerous portfolios of permanent and bridge loans in all major asset classes. Over the last five years of his banking tenure, Michael focused exclusively on multifamily properties, where he was the number one loan producer for his division at a Top 3 National lender for his last three consecutive years.

As a portfolio manager, Michael directly oversaw the management and financial performance of the countless C and B class multifamily properties he originated loans for. As a result, he accumulated an exceedingly diverse network of suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers during his tenure. This gives him the ability to quickly and efficiently implement a breadth of value-added strategies for a fraction of the typical cost.


DARRON KATTAN
Managing Officer & Brokerage Specialist

With career closings exceeding $1.7 billion, Darron Kattan, Managing Director and a multifamily brokerage specialist, focuses on properties in Central, West Central, and Southwest Florida. His ability in understanding and underwriting apartment properties with the implementation of Franklin Street's collaborative platform - offering the widest exposure possible- provides clients with timely and customized service as well as a leading approach in the investment sales industry.

He has been hired by private clients with large portfolios, single properties, institutional owners, national lenders, community banks, and servicing companies of all sizes.

Mr. Kattan is sought by professionals throughout the nation for his market knowledge and advisory services. He has experience with Class A, B, and C properties as well as affordable low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) and housing and urban development (HUD) transactions. His diverse knowledge provides clients an advantage during a prosperous or a distressed real estate market.
