Terms & Conditions

1. TICKET REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be submitted at least 21 days before the Event. No refunds will be issued after that deadline.

2. RECORDING & PHOTOGRAPHY

You may not record (audio or video) or otherwise copy any Event content or materials without express written permission from Sumrok.

Photography is permitted only when Brad Sumrok provides verbal permission during the Event. Unauthorized photography may result in removal from the Event.

3. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

By attending the Event, you grant Sumrok all rights to use your name, likeness, image, and voice — as captured during the Event — in commercial, instructional, and promotional materials. Sumrok owns 100% of all such media and may sell, transfer, or assign it at their sole discretion.

4. TESTIMONIALS

Any facts, testimonials, or stories you share at the Event are your own, truthful, and given freely and voluntarily. You confirm you have not received any payment or inducement from Sumrok in exchange.

5. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE — NO GUARANTEES

The Event is strictly educational in nature. Sumrok makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding financial outcomes or business success. Nothing at the Event constitutes legal, financial, investment, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and results.

All products and services provided by Sumrok are offered on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

BY PURCHASING A TICKET, YOU FULLY AND FOREVER RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SUMROK AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, PRESENTERS, MENTORS, CONTRACTORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT OR SUMROK’S PROGRAM. THIS RELEASE APPLIES TO ALL KNOWN, UNKNOWN, AND UNANTICIPATED CLAIMS.

Your total damages against Sumrok, if any, shall be limited to the amount you paid for this Event.

7. INVESTING — AT YOUR OWN RISK

You may encounter investment or securities opportunities from other Event attendees. You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Sumrok does not endorse, promote, or broker any investment opportunities;
(b) Any investments you make are your own decision, reached after your own due diligence and in compliance with all applicable securities laws;
(c) Real estate investing carries a high degree of risk, and you invest entirely at your own risk; and
(d) YOU EXPRESSLY RELEASE SUMROK FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO ANY DEALS, INVESTMENTS, OR SYNDICATIONS YOU LEARN ABOUT, CREATE, OR INVEST IN FROM AND AFTER THE DATE OF TICKET PURCHASE.

Issuers of Securities: If you are, or control, an issuer of securities or investment opportunities, you may only offer or accept subscriptions from other Event attendees if you: (1) are an active, registered member of Sumrok’s Mentoring and Mastermind Program; (2) hold all Sumrok Parties harmless and fully indemnify them; and (3) comply strictly with all applicable securities laws and regulations.

Co-General Partner Restrictions: Attendees who are not members of Sumrok’s Mentoring and Mastermind Program may not act as a Co-General Partner (Co-GP) with any member of the program in connection with deals or investment opportunities originating from or related to the Event. Participation as a Co-GP requires active membership in Sumrok’s Mentoring and Mastermind Program.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the parties will proceed to mediation in Dallas, Texas (costs shared equally). If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in Dallas County, Texas. The arbitrator may award attorneys’ fees and costs to the prevailing party.

By purchasing a ticket, you waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding, whether in court or arbitration. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

9. COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING CONSENT

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to Sumrok contacting you via email and other channels with educational content, event updates, and marketing materials. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication.

10. EVENT CONDUCT

Attendees are expected to remain in the training room except during authorized breaks or for urgent personal matters. Sumrok reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event for violating these Terms, at Sumrok’s sole discretion, without refund.

11. GENERAL

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sumrok regarding the Event. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Sumrok reserves the right to update these Terms for future events.
